Caduceus is now certified by The Joint Commission and has earned The Gold Seal of Approval® for Staffing Services.
Caduceus announced that it has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Health Care Staffing Services Certification. The Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing qualified and competent health care professionals.
Caduceus recently underwent a rigorous on-site review. Joint Commission experts evaluated compliance with national standards that assess how health care staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of staff, placement of staff, and how they monitor performance.
Through this certification process, Caduceus demonstrated their competence, efficiency and the care with which their staff carries out its staffing and background/credentialing responsibilities. These capabilities are exemplified throughout their meticulous recruitment and credentialing process when they verify a candidate’s educational background, criminal background, security clearance and employment references, as well as certify all relevant professional licenses and credentials.
“Caduceus has demonstrated its commitment to providing quality health care staffing services to health care organizations as evidenced by its achievement of Joint Commission certification,” said Wendi Roberts, executive director for Disease - Specific Care and Health Care Staffing Services Certification at The Joint Commission. “We recognize and commend Caduceus for its efforts to provide a safe, high-quality standard of service.”
“Caduceus is pleased to receive certification from The Joint Commission, the premier quality improvement and accrediting body in the nation,” added Carlos Lopez – President and CEO “Health Care Staffing Certification demonstrates commitment and accountability to our clients and the health care professionals we employ. Certification establishes, defines and measures delivery on key functional areas and performance measures across the entire industry.” Mr. Lopez further added, “This certification is a value-added to our clients as it guarantees excellent fill rates, delivers top-notch professionals and eliminates fraud.”
This Certification clearly demonstrates that Caduceus has the controls and processes in place to ensure that they remain the best in the industry. As such, Caduceus employs the same stringent process in their entire staffing process, which demonstrates that Caduceus places their employees and clients first. Mr. Lopez added, “We are guided daily by our mission; we help great organizations find exceptional personnel”.
