Caduceus Awarded Staffing Services Accreditation from the Joint Commission

Caduceus has been recertified by The Joint Commission and has retained The Gold Seal of Approval® for Staffing Services.

Caduceus was recertified by The Joint Commission (TJC) and once again, has been awarded their Gold Seal of Approval® for Healthcare Staffing Services. The Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing qualified and competent healthcare professionals.

Caduceus recently underwent a rigorous on-site review.  Joint Commission experts evaluated compliance with national standards that assess how healthcare staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of staff, placement of staff, and how they monitor performance. 

Through this certification process, Caduceus demonstrated their competence, efficiency and the care with which their staff carries out its staffing and background/credentialing responsibilities. These capabilities are exemplified throughout their meticulous recruitment and credentialing process when they prime source verify a candidate’s educational background, criminal background, security clearance and employment references, as well as certify all relevant professional licenses and credentials.
