Emergency Management Experience

Caduceus has extensive experience of staffing and managing large multi-million-dollar emergency-related federal contracts. We are committed to providing the government with high-quality services and have had our corporate functions independently certified: The Joint Commission (TJC) for Administration, CMMI Level 3 appraisal for Recruitment, and ISO 9001 for Quality Management. Our firm has invested in a robust recruitment team and an expansive candidate database with over 2 million active profiles in over 100 labor categories. We have also developed a vendor management system consisting of over 100 strategic subcontractors that offer us direct access to nationwide coverage, specializing in the fields of healthcare, scientific, IT, administrative, and emergency management. By leveraging our corporate capabilities and strategic partners, we have successfully supported several large-scale emergency responses, including the Zika epidemic, Ebola outbreak, Hurricanes Irma and Maria, and the COVID-19 pandemic. For each of these endeavors, we have onboarded hundreds of medical, public health, scientific, logistics, and emergency management personnel and have collaborated with federal, state, and local agencies across multiple domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) locations. As evident from our historical achievements and our ability to strategically assemble a diverse team of subcontractors that operate with the same ethical standards and sense of urgency as Caduceus, we continue to demonstrate that we are prepared to handle any domestic or international emergency response.

Caduceus possesses the capabilities and capacity to bolster healthcare, public health, and emergency surge responses by deploying a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical experts within hours of notice. We have successfully supported numerous 24/7 emergency service requirements and have achieved exceptional fill rates of 95% and above during these critical responses. Our success lies in our proven scalable human capital solution, encompassing full-time, part-time, PRN (on-call) personnel and our rapid deployment team, ensuring swift surge responses and continuity of service. As a result of our successful track record and expansive capabilities, Caduceus has recently been awarded the following multi-billion-dollar emergency management contracts for multiple federal government agencies by comprehensive emergency management support.
