Lilly Lugo

Lilly Lugo is a Recruiter Assistant for Caduceus. She has over 15 years of experience in HR and Administrative duties including recruiting, employee training, interviewing and management positions. Mrs. Lugo graduated from the Interamericana University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Human Resources.

She is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Lilly’s considered to be a hard, independent working woman and have taught her daughter to be one as well. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and her dog (Boxer) Tiny. Some of her other hobbies include, going to the beach, cooking and baking from scratch, traveling, and learning different cultures, especially foreign cuisines; she’s a fan of spicy food. Lilly is also very passionate with animals.
