Michael Dulan is the Chief Administrative Officer for Caduceus. Mr. Dulan had been associated with the company since its inception.  Prior to joining Caduceus, Mr. Dulan spent over 34 years in the financial services industry, much of it at the senior executive level. He has leveraged his extensive knowledge and experience throughout his tenure at Caduceus. He is a big part of why Caduceus has been able to set and achieve its goals, often ahead of schedule. Immediately prior to joining Caduceus, Mr. Dulan served as Executive Vice President and Business Banking Segment Head for a large, publicly-traded bank. Prior to that, Mr. Dulan spent nearly 30 years at a major money center financial institution, serving in several senior executive management positions. Mr. Dulan has managed as many as 4,000 employees, been responsible for an operating budget in excess of $200 million and managed nearly $12 billion in assets and deposits.

Mr. Dulan’s success in the classroom foreshadowed his success in the financial services world. Throughout his educational career, Mr. Dulan garnered multiple degrees in the disciplines of finance, management and business. He has a BBA from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Dulan also graduated from the Consumer Banker Association’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.

In addition to pursuing professional and educational goals, Mr. Dulan has also invested his time and expertise in his local community. He has served on several nonprofit boards in Atlanta and Dallas, including the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, the Georgia State University Foundation, the Center for Nonprofit Management, Dallas Housing Finance Committee, Central Atlanta Progress, Lakehill Preparatory School and 100 Black Men of Atlanta.

Mr. Dulan is married, he is the father of two, and he is the grandfather of four.
