Rebecca Ramos, ESQ, CPM

Rebecca Ramos is a Licensed Attorney and the Associate Vice President of Programs at Caduceus. She oversees all CDC contracts and personnel, serves as the primary interface with clients to ensure that all contractual expectations are being met. Ms. Ramos has demonstrated excellent decision making skills by understanding customer requirements and incorporating them into successful business decisions.  Her knowledge and experience have been applied in both private and public sectors in various managerial areas, specifically, emergency management.

Ms. Ramos received her bachelor's degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez, and a Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. She is also a Certified Project Manager who is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish and is from Ponce, Puerto Rico.
